The man who proclaims himself Councilor of Earth(sic), accused me of being a she-male and a cabal operative, banning me from his group.
I am a woman and a mother, 50 years old and don't even know what the cabal is.
 Several UFOfact people wrote to me and confirmed the obsessions of this man. Some of them post in UFOfacts just to see how far will this pathetic individual goes.
Also I learned that Dr. Boylan lost his therapeutic licenses for multiple abuses of his female patients.

Apply this perspective to the self proclaimed Councilor of Earth, Dr. Richard Boylan

Scapegoating is a hostile social and psychological discrediting routine by which people move blame and responsibility away from themselves and towards a target person or group.

It is also a practice by which angry feelings and feelings of hostility may be projected, via inappropriate accusation, towards others. The target feels wrongly persecuted and receives misplaced vilification, blame and criticism; he is likely to suffer rejection from those who the perpetrator seeks to influence.

Of course, feelings of guilt, aggression, blame and suffering are transferred away from thr scapegoater to a person or group (the cabal, the government, professional psyops, etc,) With the purpose of fulfill an unconscious drive to resolve or avoid such bad feelings, and proclaim innocence.

This is done by the displacement of responsibility and blame to another who serves as a target for blame both for the scapegoater and his supporters.

The scapegoater is never guilty or wrong. The "cabal" is guilty. In extreme cases the "cabal" is practically omnipotent and all these "dark powers" are directed against the scapegoater who is always right, always decent, and even perfect. His wrong doings, his abuses, his errors are just the work of the "cabal", but never his own responsibility.

Obviously, this total distortion of truth will, eventually turn into psychosis.

Many conspiracy theories show this " scapegoating" in action. The Cabal, the Cover-up, Satan or the Aliens are responsible. The scapegoater is always right, always wise and free of Sin.

The only problem for the scapegoater is his own consciousness. The systematic denial of Truth ends in Insanity. That the price to pay. Our scapegoater "never gets away with it."

   I read the energy signature of the situation and here is what I found.
   Yeshua ben Joseph indeed travelled to India after he was old enough to leave his parents. (Around age 17.)
   He went to India but his purpose was not primarily to study. Rather he went to observe, and then to teach.
   He went to observe what the Indian people had done with the teachings given them by (Star Person) Avatars Siddhartha Gautama/Buddha, and Krishna. What he found is that the people of India had largely distorted the teachings of Buddha and made an all-too-human religion, "Buddhism", out of those teachings, with a monk hierarchy "in charge".
   Yeshua found that the teachings of Krishna had been distorted beyond recognition into a religion called "Hinduism", full of superstitions and legends of greed, lust, and violence, and that the Indian people had turned Krishna into a demi-god wrapped in more legends.
   So Yeshua ben Joseph set about trying to re-teach the people of India the simple core truths which his predecessor Avatars Buddha and Krishna had taught centuries earlier.
   Those truths were essentially the 11 Universal Laws and the 11 Spiritual Laws understood throughout the cosmos. [See attachment.]
   Yeshua had the advantage of seeing the dangers of distortion of teachings over the centuries. So he set about teaching in a very simple style, with the truths embodied in simple stories-with-a-moral. He hoped these stories and parables would strike home in people's hearts and be a personal portable guide to right living, (with no need for priests, bishops, nor Cardinals.)
   He perfected this technique and then brought those spiritually-inspiring stories back with him when he returned to Israel/Judea to start teaching the Jewish people there from age 30 on.

doesn't recognize limits any more. He doest't know when and where to stop his pathetic rants.
Racism, hate, anti-gay prejudices and promotion of violence are obvious in his last messages.
We learned that there are at least two investigations going on, particularly about his messages to a yahoo group of kids: StarKidsHangout@yahoogroups.com
In his lasts posts, Boylan not only attacks the afro-american community but the gay one.
As usual his accusations are unsubstantiated, and worst, he is promoting the use of violence in his posts.
Is there something that you can do? Yes, of course, and first of all to cut any contact with this notorious female abuser and fraudulent ex-priest.

  Thank you for your kind words about my ongoing meeting experiences with Star Nations. It is a blessing to reunite and visit with family.

   The physical face to face telepathic teaching meeting lasted for an hour+ onboard the Estican starcraft, with me seated in a reclined position within the starcraft.

And a Superior Court Judge has ruled Dr. Richard Boylan will never get back his license to practice psychology. Boylan lost his license last August on seven counts of gross misconduct. They include nude hot tubbing and exchanging nude massages with people he was supposed to be treating. The 56-year-old Boylan claimed he was being persecuted for his beliefs in UFOs, but the judge said Boylan's conduct was outrageous and Boylan's UFO story was simply irrelevant.
