EXOPOLITICAL WAR: Dr.Salla strikes back..!
http://exopolitics.org/Exo-Comment-98.htm
Monday, January 24, 2011
Judge Alfred Webre's open letter to the ex doctor Richard Boylan, self proclaimed "Councilor of Earth "
Dear Mr. Scolarici and Richard Boylan:
This response has also been published on the Internet as:
Open Letter to Richard Boylan, PhD (License Revoked by California Board of Psychology August 4, 1995)
http://exopolitics.blogs.com/exopolitics/2011/01/open-letter-to-richard-boylan-phd-license-revoves-by-california-board-of-psychology-august-4-1995.html
Richard Boylan has been spreading the "Big Lie" to his group that I am an operative of the "Cabal", or the shadow government that is waging a multi-dimensional war against the biosphere, the human population, and intelligent civilizations that are here to help the Earth through this period of evolution.
I am not an operative of any interests, group(s) or person(s). I am a sovereign individual. My works and writings can be seen at www.exopolitics.com.
As a graduate pychological counsellor from the University of Texas (M.Ed. 1997), I have come to the professional conclusion that Richard Boylan is either psychologically delusional or operating under some form of mind control. Of course, there is the possibility that Dr. Boylan is simply a very mal-intentioned fellow who enjoys stigmatizing and slandering others publicly, in order to raise his own self-esteem inside a delusionary system in which he is "Councilor of Earth).
Why do I come to this conclusion about Richard Boylan?
1. Examiner.com - Well, for one, Richard Boylan has been continually stating that the "Examiner" is my personal blog disguised as a newspaper.
Any compentent and reasonable person, let alone professional would be able to go to wikipedia and see that Examiner.com, for which I am the Seattle Exopolitics Examiner has 55,000 Examiners.
(See Wikipedia description below at end of this email).
2. Pattern of twisting reality - Secondly, Richard Boylan deliberately twists my reporting in Examine.com to suit his own slander of my person.
What I stated in the Examiner.com article was:
"The original Xinhua news article and news broadcast can be accessed at this URL:
http://big5.xinhuanet.com/gate/big5/news.xinhuanet.com/video/2011-01/04/c_12944686.htm
"An opposite view by a China ET observer
"One veteran China observer of expolitical affairs takes an opposite view.
"He writes, "The political processes associated with Chinese National Security including elements forming political mass [interpret UFOs as] a danger to the stability of Chinese Society.
"Chinese say 'eat rice'! remember that for as long as you are watching Chinese politics. They eat rice but do not spit any out whilst talking. These people are strategists and the finest poker players on the planet. They will not disclose anything.
"The Youtube video in Mandarin is of President HU talking about websites in the USA that put up sensationalist articles on UFOs, ET and disclosure. He spoke about the USA making some good films like CONTACT but some rather exaggerated and over the top films like 2012.
"Everyone in China knows that the China /Obama disclosure story is a rumor; but at the same time everyone knows that China is being buzzed by UFOs which have closed 2 airports and created amazing aerial displays from time to time, particularly noted by Chinese academics in astronomy.
"My view is to forget about this China/Obama disclosure issue at this point in time because most people here see disclosure as an organic process, under ET timing and methodologies; a process which is intensifying alongside changes in the earths basic resonances. A necessary cosmic conditioning process for masses by the ETs, without the need for a disclosure date by a terra politician. China see's the US people as helpless, trapped by financial disaster and under extreme control of a shadow government. They love the US people but despise the US shadow government."
What Richard Boylan alleges is stated in my Examiner.com article bears no relation to reality, as does Richard Boylan's assertions about Examiner.com.
This is an additional reason is why I have come to the professional conclusion that Richard Boylan is either psychologically delusional, or mal-intentionally twisting reality in order to intentionally slander targets of his such as myself so as to elevate himself into a delusional role as "Councilor of Earth."
3. Acts of moral turpitude - Set out at the end of the email below is the full text of the Board of Psychology of the State of California revoking Richard Boylan's license to practice on August 4, 1995.
Although the Board of Psychology, of course, cannot revoke Richarc Boylan's PhD in psychology, this is tantamount to a revocation of his ability to functionally practice psychology and counseling others.
The grounds for Richard Boylan's revocation of license to practice as a psychologist were moral trupitude - gross negligence and sexual impropriety with patients.
The legal findings of the California Board of Psychology were as follows show a clear pattern of sexual impropriety with patients.
At this time, Richard Boylan's specialty is the coordination of children's groups, where there is opportunity for sexual abuse and impropriety with children, under the guise of being an extraterrestrially chosen "Counselllo of Earth"
DETERMINATION OF ISSUES
-----------------------
I
While the patients in this matter each questioned, at
times, the sexual motivation of respondent, it was not
established he in fact has such motivation while providing
therapy or other relationships to these patients. It is not
necessary for respondent's motivation to be sexual for sexual
abuse to occur. Great weight must be given to the "victim's"
perspective. Here, however, the victims were not sure what was
going on. There was no sexual contact. They were upset and
confused. The evidence did not establish sexual misconduct in
violation of Business and Professions Code sections 726, 2960(o),
4982(k) or 4992.3(k)
II
Respondent abused his role as a therapist and was
grossly negligent, in violation of Business and Professions Code
section 2960(j), 4982(d) and 4992.3(d) in imposing his personal
views of D.W. and D.S., as set forth in Finding III and V.
19
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
III
Respondent committed gross negligence, in violation of
Business and Professions Code sections 2960(j), 4982(d) and
4992.3(d) when he developed an inappropriate dual relationship
with D.W. that included travel together to and around Las Vegas,
as established bt Findings III.
IV
Respondent committed gross negligence, in violation of
Business and Professions Code sections 2960(j), 4982(d) and
4992.3(d), when he gave D.W. a massage in his hotel room in Las
Vegas, as established by Findings III.
V
Respondent committed gross negligence, in violation of
Business and Professions Code sections 2960(j), 4982(d) and
4992.3(d), when he invited D.W. to his home in November 1992 and
engaged in nude hot tubbing, as established by Findings III.
VI
The evidence did not establish that respondent
suggested that he perform a vaginal examination on D.W.
VII
Respondent committed gross negligence, in violation of
Business and Professions Code sections 2960(j), 4982(d) and
4992.3(d), when he invited K.G. to his home in December 1991 and
engaged in nude hot tubbing, as established by Findings IV.
VIII
It was not established that the act of inviting K.G.
and D.S. for nude therapy sessions at Harbin Hot Springs amounted
to gross negligence, in violation of Business and Professions
Code sections 2960(j), 4982(d) and 4992.3(d).
IX
Respondent committed gross negligence, in violation of
Business and Professions Code sections 2960(j), 4982(d) and
4992.3(d), when he bartered therapy for nude massages from K.G.,
as established by Findings V.
X
Respondent committed gross negligence, in violation of
Business and Professions Code sections 2960(j), 4982(d) and
20
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
4992.3(d) by shifting the focus of D.S.'s therapy from her
presenting problems to his interest in ET encounters, as
established by Findings V.
XI
While it may have been thoughtless, or possibly
negligent for respondent to try to recreate a Native American
ritual with D.S. present, it did not rise to the level of gross
negligence.
XII
It was not established that respondent discussed with
D.S. details of his sexual relationship with his wife.
XIII
Determinations II - V, VII, IX and X, and each of them
are grounds for discipline.
ORDER
-----
I
The Psychologist, Licensed Social Worker and Marriage,
Family and Child Counselor licenses issued to respondent Richard
Boylan are revoked.
II
Respondent shall pay costs to the Board of Behavioral
Science Examiners in the sum of $9205/
I rest my case.

Type of site | News |
Created by | Philip Anschutz (Publisher) |
Launched | April 2008 |
Current status | Active |
Examiner.com is a media company based in Denver, Colorado, that operates a network of local news websites, allowing "pro-am contributors"[1][2] to share their city-based knowledge on a blog-like platform, in 238 markets throughout the United States and parts of Canada with two national editions, one for each country.[3][4][5][1]
Examiner.com is a division of Clarity Media Group, with the primary investor being billionaire businessman Philip Anschutz, owner of Anschutz Entertainment Group (AEG), Regal Cinemas, and other media and entertainment companies.[3][4][6] Examiner.com has over 55,000 contributors,[2] commonly referred to on the site as "Examiners."
Contents[hide] |
[edit] History
In 2006, former MapQuest general manager David Schafer, Clarity Digital Media's CEO, founded Examiner.com primarily as a news aggregator for the 60 markets in which Clarity Media trademarked the name "Examiner".[7] By using online geo targeting technology, users were placed into their closest city where they could read the most recent news and updates from both their city's broadcast and print media streams. Readers could also view local, state, national, and international content from the Associated Press.
A small team of engineers and developers led by Maya Iyengar (CTO) and David Rager (Systems Architect) worked over the next 18 months to develop the site into something more than merely a collection of news headlines. Schafer was then replaced[8] by former AOL executive Michael Sherrod in February 2008 (though Schafer stayed on as Chief Operations Officer) and in late April 2008, with a new President and CEO at the helm, the current model of using "Examiners" to write about their city was unveiled.
Launching the new model were 115 "Examiners" in five markets: Denver, Seattle, Baltimore, San Francisco, and Washington, D.C., with the latter three due to the presence of Examiner newspapers already operating in those cities, namely The Baltimore Examiner, The San Francisco Examiner, and The Washington Examiner. There was also a flagship edition, the national edition, where users would be placed if geo targeting efforts failed to produce a designated market area.
In March 2009, Sherrod was replaced by Rick Blair, also formerly of AOL.[9]
In September of 2009 Clarity Media purchased NowPublic, a Vancouver-based website consisting of citizen journalists contributing from around the world.[10] Clarity Digital Group was then developed under Clarity Media, housing both Examiner.com and NowPublic.[11] Blair serves as the CEO of both Clarity Digital and Examiner.com.[11]
On October 29, 2009, the website's first international expansion took place when Examiner.com Canada was launched in Calgary, Montreal, Ottawa, Toronto, and Vancouver, along with one national Canadian edition.[12][4]
[edit] Growth
In August of 2009, Examiner.com was named one of the fastest growing network of localized websites by Nielsen Online, growing faster in August from the same month of 2008 than any of the other top 30 Internet news sites in the nation, increasing page views over 342 percent to 7,569,000 unique users.[13] Examiner.com reports that it received 20.8 million unique visitors to Examiner.com sites in July 2010, with 60.1 million page views served, according to Omniture.[2]
Examiner.com also reports it adds over 3000 articles a day, to a growing library of 1.5 million pieces of content.[2][11]
[edit] Awards
In October 2010 Examiner.com was recognized by the Media Institute (NMI) as a recipient of the Standard of Excellence in the community category of website innovation.[14] NMI is a research and fact finding organization whose mission is to improve public understanding of issues surrounding the Internet and other forms new media communications. Previous winners include eHow and LiveStong.com.[15]
[edit] Pay scale
Examiners are paid based on a black box system considering page views and other metrics, or the "Gawker-model", made famous by the blog Gawker.com. During 2009 many of the writers were receiving $0.01 per page view. Examiner.com later offered a variety of pay scale options to their writers.[16] Examiner.com now bases compensation on variables such as subscriptions, page view traffic and session length.[17]
The company has been criticized for the low compensation received by some contributors,[18] although Examiner.com claims it communicates contributors should not consider this full time employment, and "tries to be very clear and transparent that this isn't a 'quit your day job' opportunity."[17] As of November 2010, the average pay rate for most Examiners is between $0.006 and $0.008 per page view.
[edit] Criticism
Examiner.com has been criticized for its lack of verification and fact-checking of stories published on the site,[19] including accusations of plagiarism.[4][20] L.J. Williamson, a writer who was briefly employed by Examiner.com, drew attention to the site's lack of editorial oversight by publishing a series of satirical prank articles,[21] which went unnoticed by Examiner.com's staff until Williamson published what she described as an homage to a well-known satirical piece written by Hunter S. Thompson, in which Thompson claimed that presidential candidate Edmund Muskie showed symptoms of being under the influence of Ibogaine. In Williamson's satirical piece, she claimed that actress Jenny McCarthy advocated Ibogaine as a treatment for autism. Examiner.com staff only noticed and withdrew Williamson's prank stories when lawyers for McCarthy contacted them and demanded that the piece be removed.[22]

Pat,
This is Cabal disinformation, more cleverly packaged than usual.
Though I do not speak Mandarin Chinese, from what is presented on screen, the following can be deduced.
That Chinese news station features sensationalistic stories.
The station's news editor mistook a piece of American Cabal disinformation for a real news story.
That American Cabal disinformation is a lying story written by Cabal operative Alfred Webre and featured on Webre's disinformation blog disguised as a newspaper, "The Examiner". (sic).
Webre's story claims that "China says that President Obama is about to declare UFO reality" (sic). That statement is false. It is hallmark Webre false propaganda, which specializes in splashy false stories about the UFO subject.
Then another Cabal operative who calls himself "ufohunter16903" gets a news clip of a Chinese news station which fell for Webre's fake "Examiner" story and broadcast it, then he writes a headline "National Chinese Media Reports UFO Disclosure by Obama", and puts his handiwork on YouTube where many will see it and, not knowing Chinese, assume that the headline is telling the truth.
Now that is some diabolically-clever packaging of disinformation.
But, be not deceived.

The Impossible Disclosure-Tomas Scolarici
For several reasons. First of all, because those contacts do not exist at all, but there is more.
Let's imagine this disclosure. Obama telling the "truth" about extraterrestrial visitors. If this happens, the whole system collapses. The NASA program becomes a bad joke.
Oil prices become meaningless. Probably the market collapses and same thing happens with everything else.
After the disclosure, a total political and economical crisis engulfs the administration.
I am talking here about the institutional crisis, but fear, hate and sectarian violence are inevitable after the disclosure.
Now, who can remain in control of the situation? Only totalitarian governments. Repression of the information and official denial.
Perhaps Iran, North Korea and even China can remain in control of the situation, but not USA or Europe or the Middle East regimes.
Think about this. The scenario is excellent for a science fiction film but has nothing to do with reality.
There will be no disclosure because there is nothing to disclose. Things will go on, as usual, day after day, crisis after crisis, war after war in this virtual, post industrial world.
I see the whole UFO=ET theory as a galaxy of Memes, some very strong.
We should follow the development of these Memes with interest, imagination and logic.
We have text, words, signifiers, a UFO semiotic, but not real, accessible objects. We have TEXTS, references but not the "thing itself".

Exopolitician Alfred Webre against Exopolitician Dr.Salla
See below what Webre says of Salla. The worst enemies of Exopolitics are the exopoliticians.
Dr. Michael Salla & analysis by omission
Dr. Michael E. Salla of the Exopolitics Institute New Service has stated that "In this reporter’s [D. Salla's] opinion , it is premature to declare Fulham’s prediction has been confirmed. Especially so if the goal was to break a US-Russian “conspiracy of silence.”
http://news.exopoliticsinstitute.org/index.php/archives/856
Yet, Dr. Salla does not bother to take into account that Jan 2011 UFO reports are continuing to arrive from Moscow. These are listed above in this article as they arrive.
Nor does Dr. Salla's premature evaluation make any mention of the UFO wave in Russia in December 2010 (see below).
Dr. Salla's dismissal of the Jan. 2011 UFO wave over Moscow as a 3rd independent confirmation of the 'galactic governance council', Russia as 'premature' is a clear example of Dr. Salla's mode of analysis by deliberate omission.
By omitting any historical context of the galactic governance council's actions toward Russia and the substance of Mr. Fulham's 10 years work with the ET council and its plans for Russia and the U.S., Dr. Salla subtly denudes the Jan. 2011 UFO sightings over Moscow, Russia of any meaningful interpretive context, and this this reporter Alfred Lambremont Webre's analysis of its rigorous adherence to context.
Dr. Salla, for example omits mention of the giant pyramidal UFO craft parked over the Kremlin in Moscow Russia on Nov. 9, 2009 as part of a deliberate approach by a intelligent civilization, most plausibly the intelligence behind the 'galactic governance council' to put pressure on Russia. At least one responsible research source has suggested that telepathic meetings occurred with Kremlin leaders and the galactic governance council representatives present in the craft at that stage.

Even the heaviest Karma is cleaned by the CABAL..!
Believe me, Richard Boylan, Cabal is the perfect Karma Cleaner, and let me tell you how to do it.
Imagine that you are a doctor and you abused some of your female patients. The consequence of this abuse was the revocation of your license to practice. Now, if you do the right thing, you will keep your image clean, doctor and your moral intact.
Just tell the world that you did nothing wrong, but the Cabal invented the whole thing.
What about the testimonies of your patients? Don’t worry. Just point these girls as cabals.
The Judge, the witnesses, the State of California and the whole world conspire against your immaculate life, your absolute decency… All these accusations are just Cabal’s revenge because you are in contact with the Source and the Star Nations and the Light, Dear ex-doctor.
Listen carefully Councilor of Earth. Don’t live home without the Cabal. If someone asks too much questions, make her/him a cabal.
If things are not going well, and the Star Nations remain invisible, the Cabal is guilty, and if some members of your group express certain doubts about the Incarnated Mantis…they are Cabals, of course.
You ALWAYS do the right thing, councilor. Thanks for giving us the Truth. You are Immaculate, Omniscient and Omnipotent.
In the final battle between the Light (you,) and the Shadows, (Cabal,) of course you will prevail.
In the meantime, just make the Cabal responsible for any evil, any wrong doing and any failure.
Without effort, even if the Star Nations remain in your imagination, people will have Faith in you, ex doctor.
If someone dares to express doubts, find her/him guilty of cabalism and this will be enough.
Your followers will agree with your judgment, because they recognize your infallibility.
You, councilor for/of Earth, you…are the LIGHT yourself..!
Hallelujah..!

Tha Imaginary Cabal, A Dark Obsession.
The self proclaimed councilor of Earth has no other theme than the Cabal. In the end, the only one that doesn't belong to the cabal is him.
Cabal is everywhere. Cabal kills and controls and owns the world in the obsessive conspirationism of the self proclaimed.
If he believes in what he says, he needs a doctor as soon as possible.
The imaginary shadow government controls all. Every evil action is cabal. Anyone who dares to question something is cabal.
Posts about protection from the cabal are repeated again and again.
In the meantime, there is no Big StarNations show. NOTHING HAPPENS.
Light? Fifth World? Disclosure? Love?
No time for all this in CABALfacts, of course. The whole effort is directed to the cabal. That is how obsessions work. Obsessions however, have little to do with Light. Obsessions are dark and dangerous.

The self proclaimed Councilor of Earth Richard Boylan' s new ultimatum.

Friends,
A check of CNN, MSNBC, and Reuters news websites makes it pretty evident that the White House has not given out any news release related to publicly acknowledging UFO reality.
Therefore, the U.S. Administration has failed to comply with its Agreement with Star Nations to publicly acknowledge UFO reality in 2010, which just finished.
Neither has Administration staff complied with President Obama's Executive Order to his staff to prepare public statements acknowledging UFO reality by last year's end.
Why the President has allowed this Executive Order to not be complied with is not clear.
What is known is that Cabal elements within the Administration (including in the Secretary of State's office) have made extreme efforts and conducted elaborate deceptions to prevent the UFO Cover-Up from coming to an end.
The President is not even due back in the White House until late Tuesday, January 4.
After he returns, he faces the prospect, sometime during the early part of 2011, of Star Nations crafts making such unmistakable displays of presence over the skies of U.S. locales, that they will necessitate the White House's addressing the issue.
If I may use colloquial speech to characterize Star Nations' present position, "Mr. President, we can do this the easy way or the hard way."
The easy way would be for President Obama to promptly chew out his staff for not complying with his Executive Order and then do something like task Press Secretary Gibbs to prepare a statement for a press corps briefing right away on some simple beginning admission, such as "new evidence surfacing" pointing to the Roswell Crash being extraterrestrial. To be followed by additional public acknowledgments about UFO matters.
The hard way would be for the Administration to continue to temporize until one day reporters storm into the White House Press Briefing Room and demand a statement from the President about a formation of starcraft that was hovering low over an American city for an hour or more.
Star Nations has publicly stated their pledge that if the U.S. Administration did not stop the UFO Cover-Up and begin immediately cooperating with Star Nations' representative on Earth, the Councillor of Earth, to plan an orderly release of information about what the government knows about UFOs/Star Visitors, that the Star Visitors would begin a series of highly-visible, increasingly-dramatic displays-of-presence over major U.S. population centers until the U.S. government simply can't avoid any longer admitting to its people that UFOs are real and Star Visitors are in contact with the U.S. (and other) governments.
Which will it be: the Easy Way, or the Hard Way?
We shall see.
in the light,
Richard Boylan, Ph.D.

Deconstructing the UFO=Extraterrestrial Hypothesis.
The assumption of the extraterrestrial origin of the UFO phenomenon presents certain insoluble contradictions. There have been sightings of Unidentified Flying Objects since the beginnings of history. There are enough graphic and narrative accounts to show that UFOs are not just a contemporary phenomenon. If we accept the common belief that UFOs are and have been extraterrestrial artifacts, we cannot help but wonder why there has never been open and verifiable contact with human civilization.
Visitors, at least friendly ones, knock on the door and introduce themselves; UFOs do not.
Nothing ever seems to come from these presumed “space visitors”. No contact, no help, no identity. Consequently, I would have to classify them as clandestine, unauthorized voyeurs, rather than friendly cosmic brothers.
The whole theory of alien civilizations watching over us seems rather implausible. We have to suppose that they must have some purpose for being here, but what is it? There doesn’t appear to be any real evidence of any particular activity. Nothing indicates that the "messages" of the alleged contactees come from advanced extraterrestrials. These messages sound like a blend of New Age rhetoric, pseudo-science and preposterous theosophy, and the Exo-fantasists give us more of the same. The prophets of the UFO=ET subculture allude to their anonymous and/or dubious "sources" and chastise anyone who dares to question them. For the "alienologists", the whole scientific and political establishment conspires to conceal the extraterrestrial presence in our world. If we stop to think about what such a conspiracy would require, we quickly realize the ridiculous and irrational nature of this idea. A secret of such magnitude could not remain secret very long. Not in the era of Wikileaks.
The rhetoric of nonsense, improvisation and fantasies is usually proposed instead of reliable evidences.
The believers, as do church goers, must have faith in the inspired words of these self proclaimed representatives of the extraterrestrials. Doubts about their "revelations" are punished with insults, accusations and isolation of the "provocateurs". To keep things going, facts are twisted and natural phenomenon become evidences of the extraterrestrial presence. A balloon is never a balloon, and a Chinese lantern is a star-craft.
I started out believing that the “historical evidence” (the Pyramids, Nasca, the Mayan Calendar, etc) was overwhelming and irrefutable proof of visitors from other worlds, but 40 years of rational investigation has lead me to the inevitable conclusion that there is just no real evidence, no facts - Only improbable and hypothetical theories which are presented as fact. The believers keep on waiting for the predictions of the "alienologists" to come to pass, but they never do. So they must keep on waiting. The aliens never seem to come through. Perhaps, it is the aliens who are conspiring to make the “alienologists” and their followers look like crazies.
ET fantasies sell books and, through the Internet, give personal promotion to a few obscure and border line personalities, but they do very little to promote real scientific investigation of the UFO phenomenon.

The whole world is Cabal for the "Councilor of Earth" Richard Boylan.
ALL those who express any doubt, ask questions or demand proofs, are condemned as Cabals by the self proclaimed Councilor of Earth, Richard Boylan.
This is the well known fallacy called ad hominem: Latin for "to the man."
An arguer who uses this fallacy, attacks the person instead of the argument.
Whenever an arguer cannot defend his position with evidence, facts or reason, he or she may resort to attacking the opponent with offensive remarks and anger, calling him CABAL and agent of darkness.
In fact, insults keep the questions unanswered, and conceal the total lack of evidences.

Pro ET propagandists against Humanity
" Dec. 31, 2010, 11:59 pm, EST, [05:00 hrs., Jan. 1, 2011, Greenwich Mean Time/UTC/Zulu], is the official Deadline for the U.S. Government to make a formal Official Public Acknowledgment that Star Visitor Contact and Communication has occurred.
Preparation for this public information announcement was the subject of an official Executive Order (classified) signed by President Barack Obama, directing the National Security Council's Special Studies Group to prepare a plan for such a series of Official Government Public Acknowledgments of Star Visitor Contacts and Communications with U.S. Government representatives.
The U.S. Government is preparing to do this pursuant to a formal Agreement made with Star Nations: that the U.S. would stop its policy of UFO Cover-Up this year.
Of course such a public announcement could occur any time prior to December 31st too.
Star Nations, through its representative the Councillor of Earth (Dr. Richard Boylan), have advised the Government that if they renege on complying with that Agreement, that Star Nations will initiate a series of open, public, dramatically-obvious demonstrations-of-presence such that the Government will then be compelled to publicly acknowledge Star Visitors reality.
in service to Source,
Richard Boylan, Ph.D., Councillor of/for Earth"
The exopolitician Alfred Webre' s rhetoric also includes a presumed "quarantine" imposed by some Extraterrestrial Authority over our planet.
In both cases, the idea is that the Big Cosmic Brothers have the right to impose their will to us, humans, and this, of course, is a very dangerous Meme that must be rejected.
Boylan also writes that Humans are bio-genetically engineered, and that all our spiritual leaders are not humans, but disguised extraterrestrials.
This kind of Extraterrestrial Vichy,( collaborationism,) is not only unjustified but deeply anti-human.
The denial of our Human traditions and evolution is a reactionary concept that makes us ready for the recognition of others , humans or not, as dictators.
Of course, those self proclaimed contactees who speak and write about alien races interested in our human affairs, cannot show any evidence supporting the extraterrestrial origin of the UFO Phenomenon.
On the contrary, many researchers of the UFO Phenomenon, think that the ET hypothesis does't solve the mystery at all.
In any case, we cannot say that something is true, without giving any evidence.
The UFO Phenomenon is with us from the beginning of historical times and remains unsolved.
However, the utilization of this phenomenon against Humanity is the worst form of self-denial.
As it happens with some religious sects, waiting for a Savior is renouncing to our right and our duty to change things in our world for the best.
Colonialism; human or in-human is always repulsive, even with the mask of "Wise Big Cosmic Brother."

Exopolitics: The "prophets" were again wrong, of course.
As usual, in the Exo-mythology, the balance is that NOTHING HAPPENED.
Dramatic promises, ultimatums to the Government, Big Cosmic Shows, forced disclosure, end of the also imaginary Entity called the Cabal: NOTHING is the balance.
NOTHING.
The Councilors were WRONG.
The whistle-blowers were WRONG.
The prophets were wrong again and again.
Imaginary cosmic laws, the fight between Good and Evil, Light and Darkness...words, nothing but words.
But...the show must go on...let's clean what is behind and talk about the future...let us invent new predictions that as usual will be WRONG. Let's announce events that will never take place.
People after all are always ready...for the long Waiting.
Oh yes...this is the year, ex doctor Richard Boylan, Alfred Webre, Dr.Salla?
How nice, this time perhaps...well, you always can do some workshops telling the kids that they are star.seeds or galactic diplomats, and showing human individuals as incarnated, disguised extraterrestrials. (Difficult to make a living with all this, right.?)
Don't worry, because in 12 months of "Nothing Happens", it's always possible to say that 2012 is in fact the Year of Balance.
Happy New Year, Councilor of Earth and servants of the Source.
Is the wish of the Cabal, as nonexistent as the Star Nations.
